The Reds by Blanca Nieve is an award winning lot from Finca El Diamante in Jinotega, Nicaragua. We are particularly excited about this coffee as it is our first-ever from Nicaragua. Finca El Diamente is 100% female-owned by Blanca Nieve. It is a fully washed lot featuring Caturra, Bourbon, Pache, and Catuai varieties. Blanca's coffee has won numerous Golden Bean N. America roasting competition medals on filter, as straight-up espresso and even in the milk-base category. Imported by our friends and neighbors, Gold Mountain Coffee Growers.
