Last May, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit the scenic town of San Pedro and meet two of the producers in the AProCafé association, Pedro and Isais. Together, they work closely with 50 other farmers to produce specialty community lots. This is our second year purchasing from the AProCafé producer group and we are excited to continue to do so for many harvests to come. In the cup, we experience a smooth body and lingering sweet aftertaste. With notes of soft citrus, brown sugar, and red plum, this coffee has a lovely gentle acidity. Perfect for filter or espresso.
