Decaf is always available on our menu, featuring a rotating fresh crop coffee that maintains a rich, sweet flavor profile year round. As a Decaf subscriber, you will receive a custom shipment of one or more 12 oz. bags of coffee, freshly roasted to order, and conveniently shipped to you at the frequency that you choose.
Once subscribed, you will be billed on a recurring basis as each installment is fulfilled. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Our current decaf is an E.A. Processed coffee from Acevedo, Colombia. It has notes of caramel, chocolate, and nuts. The E.A. Decaffeination process uses ethyl acetate, a compound derived from sugar cane ethanol and acetic acid, to dissolve the caffeine that naturally occurs in green coffee seeds. Because the seeds remain relatively intact throughout the E.A. process, the coffee is able to retain more sweetness and complexity.
