This lot from Diego Tuj is our second offering from the APROCAFE Association. He's been a member for five years, and his best lots have been separated out as microlots for the last three. During the week he oversees a high elevation farm overlooking Lake Atitlán to grow and process sparkling coffees, and on weekends he teaches education at the local university.

We're big fans of classic Guatemalan coffees: chocolate, sweet nuts, juicy acidity, and round body. And Diego's coffee has it all. Brown sugar on the nose carries through to a range of chocolate and almond tones. Brewing as espresso highlights a satiny body and lovely North American orchard fruit notes of tart apple & sweet pear. Filter brewing carriers through soft florals and presents a juicy body. You really can't go wrong.
