CRECERT is led by Yaqueline Hernandez Alban and Didier Javier Pajoy, who are setting group standards for sustainable, biological farming practices, water recycling, and improved processing methods. They only use organic soil inputs, including their own fertilizer called ‘supermagro’, a fermented combination of molasses, milk, and minerals. Their processing sites employ custom filtration systems to filter waste fermentation water. Yaqueline, Didier, and their team of cuppers are helping group farmers see the payoff for longer, more labor-intensive drying practices as they gain higher prices through Osito. 

CRECERT is an acronym for ‘Crecer Con Certificacion’, which translates as ‘To grow with certification’. We're certifying this coffee today as deliciously smooth.
