Mormora returns, and this year it’s more delicate and clean than ever. Last year the estate produced up a pretty classic natural-processed coffee, full-on chocolate, berries, and wine. This year the coffee exhibits softer cocoa powder tempered by sweet berries, with a creamy body.
This Mormora Estate coffee is processed by the Guji Highlands organization. Their coffees are all certified organic and entirely sourced from forest farms, which are government-owned forests in which coffee trees grow free from farmer cultivation.
