This lot from Diego Tuj is another offering from the APROCAFE Association and is loaded with juicy and sweet undertones. While Lucinda's coffee gives us molasses sweetness and syrupy body, Diego gives us the opposite end of the delicious spectrum and reminds us of some delicious Guatemalan profiles we've tasted in year's past with notes of baking spices, florality and juiciness. On the nose, we experience caramels and purple fruits. On the palate, a nectar-like body carries it's apricot and sweet clementine-like acidity while notes of ginger spice and hazelnut dance in the cup.
